The Lord’s Day
Today we will worship God whose Son Jesus Christ taught us with his words and through his life that for him and for his followers, success means sacrifice, glory means death and gain means loss.
O God, as we praise you today for who Jesus is, what Jesus said and what Jesus did, empower us to go out and live our lives in ways that will accurately reflect his ways of success, gain, and glory.
Amen.
