Cool
We thank you, O God, for the refreshingly cool weather that autumn brings with it.
Help us, O God, to be cool in the sense of being calm and peaceful deep in our spirits no matter what is going on around us.
But help us also, O God, not to be cool in the sense of not caring about what is going on around us; help us rather to care a lot so that we will be inspired to do what we can to help.
Amen.
