Fourth Day of Advent
O God Who Comes,
Remind us how, in the coming of Jesus to Bethlehem’s manger, the extraordinary happened in and through the ordinary and the divine was experienced in and through the human.
Remind us that, in the living of our lives on this day and on all days, the extraordinary happens in and through the ordinary and the divine is experienced in and through the human.
We praise you that as surely as you came in Jesus of Nazareth so you come to us.
Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
