O God,
For Lennon, McCartney, & Harrison; for Springsteen; for Browne; for Lightfoot; for Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young; for Dylan; for Taylor; for King; and for all of the other songwriters who have written and who write the songs that have spoken and that continue to speak to me, I give you thanks.
For all those songwriters whose songs have spoken to us in their own way to our own lives, we all give you thanks.
