Twenty-First Day of Advent
O God Who Comes,
Because you are there all the time, help us to turn toward you all the time; let our awareness of and attention to your presence become as perpetual as your presence.
Perhaps it is understandable that we would become more aware of your presence in a time of crisis but help us to grow into the kind of faith that doesn’t require a crisis to cause us to turn toward you.
Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
Amen.
