Looking Back
O God,
Sometimes we look back on a week with a general sense of gratitude that we have made it through another mundane and rather predictable series of days.
Sometimes we look back on a week with a specific sense of gratitude that you have brought us through a particular crisis that we never saw coming.
Whichever kind of week this was for us, please accept our gratitude for both your grace in bringing us through and for our ability to thank you today.
