The Lord’s Day
O God,
We worship you today
because you are God.
Because you are God
there is so much about you
that we cannot know;
remind us today that
we do not have you
figured out.
Because of your grace, though,
we can know you and
we can live in relationship with you;
help us to learn to live boldly
in your great grace
and to trust fully
in your great purposes.
Let our worship of you today be
full of wonder and awe and
full of love and trust.
Amen.
