Are
O God,
Help us to know
ourselves as we really are,
situations as they really are,
and
you as you really are.
Help us to grow
in faith,
in grace,
in wisdom,
and
in insight
that we might grow
in the ability
and
the willingness
to see
and
to accept
things as they really are.
Help us to grow past
our delusions,
our prejudices,
our biases,
and
our blind spots.
Give us
clear vision,
broad minds,
and
big hearts …
