Rest

O God,

Give us rest.

Give us

rest from our work,
rest from our worries,
and
rest from our world.

Give us

physical rest,
mental rest,
and
emotional rest.

Then help us go in the
strength gained in our rest

do our work,
to confront our worries,
and
to help our world.

Amen.
