First Sunday in Lent
O God,
Thank you for the opportunity this Lord’s Day
provides for us to pause during these days of
repentance and to remember and to celebrate
that we are forgiven through the crucifixion
and the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Help us to do so with great gratitude.
Amen.
