Third Sunday of Easter
O God,
We praise you because you
raised Jesus from the dead.
We praise you because you
will raise us from the dead.
We praise you because you
have raised us from the dead.
We praise you for the
everlasting life that will be ours.
We praise you for the
eternal life that is already ours.
We ask you to help us die
knowing death can’t hold us.
We ask you to help us live
knowing we are truly alive.
Amen.
