Sensitivity
O God,
Make us sensitive
to the promptings of your Spirit,
to the needs of people,
to the pain of the planet,
to the vastness of the universe,
to the smallness of our lives,
to the range of possibilities, and
to the stirrings of imagination.
Help us
choose well,
decide intelligently,
think clearly,
speak honestly,
live creatively, and
act boldly
in light of what we sense.
Amen.
