Sift
O God,
As we
hear what we hear,
see what we see, and
think what we think,
help us sift
the good from the bad,
the best from the good,
the right from the wrong,
the wise from the foolish,
the helpful from the hurtful,
the just from the unjust,
the constructive from the destructive,
the hopeful from the despairing, and
the loving from the hateful.
Amen.
