Faith
O God,
As you come to us, please come bearing faith.
We need to trust you more.
We need to trust more that you are working your purposes out, and so
everything is going to be all right someday.
We need to trust more that what we do as we try to follow Jesus
contributes to the fulfillment of your purposes.
We need to trust more that love, grace, and mercy are your ways for us in
the world.
But we can’t have such trust on our own.
So as you come to us, please come bearing faith, because we need to
trust you more.
