The Lord’s Day
O God,
Give us the desire and the ability to worship you today with everything we are—with every motive, every thought, every action, every relationship, every atom—with absolutely everything we are.
Give us the grace to be more aware than we ever have been before of how you make yourself known to us in our worship of you.
Let us leave our time of worship today knowing both you and ourselves better; make us better able to comprehend and to celebrate the relationship you have with us.
Amen.
