Compelled
O God,
Let us be compelled to act
by empathy,
by compassion,
by grace,
by hope,
by mercy,
by humility,
by acceptance,
by understanding,
by wisdom, and
by love
and not
by fear,
by vengeance,
by ignorance,
by despair,
by arrogance, or
by hatred.
Amen.
