Reach (Pt. 3)
O God,
As I grow in my willingness and ability to reach out to you and to
reach within myself, lead me to reach out more to other people.
Don’t let me reach out to you just for my benefit. Don’t let me reach
within myself just so I can be a better me for my own sake. Instead, let my
growing relationship with you and my growing understanding of myself cause me
to love and have compassion for others.
Help me put others ahead of myself. Help me give of myself for other
people.
Help me reach out to you.
Help me reach within myself.
Help me reach out for others.
Amen.
